James E. “Jimmy” Fletcher Sr., 54, died August 27, 2013. The memorial service will be held on Tuesday at noon at Round Island Creek Missionary Baptist Mission Center on Lucas Ferry Road. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Thatch-Mann Cemetery with Peoples Funeral Home directing
