James Donald Rolin, 85, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at his home.
Mr. Rolin lived in the Ardmore area his whole life where he was of the Christian faith. In his free time, he enjoyed working, going to flea markets, and taking care of his farm animals.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James T. Rolin and Bernice Russell Rolin, one son, Ronnie Darrel, as well as one stepdaughter, Lisa Harmon.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Rolin, one son, Donnie Rolin, two stepsons, Terry (Jan) Smith and Shannon Smith, one daughter, Linda (Barry) Risner, one brother, Cecil Rolin, 12 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
There will be a visitation held for Mr. Rolin at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. A Chapel Service is scheduled to follow visitation beginning at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Bro. Anthony Bledsoe will officiate the service.
