James Cleatus “Junior” Pannell, 62, resident of the Mitchell Community, passed away Saturday November 17, 2018 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.Funeral Services for Junior will be at 11 AM Monday November 19 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday November 18 from 5 PM to 8 Pm at The Ripley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paynes Chapel Cemetery.
