James Carley Flannagin, 71, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. today at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. The memorial service will be 2 p.m. today at the church, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a church or charity of your choice .
