James “Buck” Aubrey Hass, 90, of Harvest, passed away Friday, September 6, 2024.
Mr. Hass retired from Huntsville Fire Department in 1996 after nearly 39 years of service. He was employed for more than 50 years before retiring from Dean Plumbing in Huntsville.
Survivors include his three daughters: Deborah Hall (Terry), Donna Russ (Ronnie), and Karen Sims (Marko); eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Judy Tucker; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Cornelia C. Hass; daughter, Brenda Haff; parents, Clifford Hass and Opal Lee; three brothers: Robert Lee, Vernon Lee III, and Phillip Lee; one sister, Marie Andrews; and one granddaughter, Heather Johnson.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 10th from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by service at 2:00. Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
