James B. "Toby" Wallace James B. “Toby” Wallace, 82 of Athens, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020 at his residence. He was born August 2, 1938 to William and Mary Stutts Wallace. He was the eighth of nine children.

He was born in Lauderdale County, at the age of nineteen, he moved to Athens. He retired from American Bread Co. in Huntsville, AL. He was a member of North Side Church.

Funeral services for Mr. Wallace will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Bud White and John Plunk officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Wallace Cemetery in Lauderdale County.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Wallace; stepson, Danny Wright (Deborah); stepdaughter, Debbie Smith (Luther Jr.); 4 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and one nephew.

Pallbearers are Brad Wright, Braden Wright, Billy Wright, Will Wright, Jim Brown and Billy Wallace.

In lieu of flowers that family has asked that donations be made to St. Jude’s or the American Heart Foundation.
