James Allen Seymour, 57, of Muscle Shoals, died Friday, October 2, 2015.
His family will receive friends at Morrison Funeral Home in Tuscumbia on Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be Monday, October 5, 2015, at 12:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel in Tuscumbia with Bro. Dewayne Crumley officiating. Burial will follow in Hurricane Cemetery in Rogersville.
Mr. Seymour was a native of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, a heavy equipment operator and a member of the Baptist Church. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe Allen and Betty Lee Seymour.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Carter Seymour; son, Bradley Carter; daughters, Tracy Moore (Jessie), Amy Borden (Doug), Annette Kilpatrick (Bubba) and Melinda Burbank (Tim); brothers, Randy Seymour (Tammy), Lewis Seymour, and Stanley Seymour (Suellen); sister, Gail Seymour; thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Austin Borden, Bubba Letson, David Kilpatrick, JW Seymour, Matt Seymour, Allen Seymour and Justin Seymour. Honorary pallbearers are Christopher Kilpatrick and John Allen Moore.
