Funeral Service for Jacqueline “Jackie” Michelle Washburn, age 56, of Cullman, will be at Mt. Carmel Methodist Church on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. with Tyler, Perkins, Tyler Cantrell and Michael Lowe officiating; burial at Berlin Cemetery at Mt. Carmel. Mrs. Washburn will lie-in-state from 1:00 P.M.- 2:00 P.M. prior to the service. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M on Saturday August 5, 2023 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Washburn passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at UAB Hospital . She was born July 21, 1967, to Jack and Ruth Freeman.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Freeman; and nephew, Bryan Alldredge.
Survivors include her husband, Wade Washburn; daughter, Madison (JD) Linch; sisters, Becky (Harold) Richard and Margie (Cecil) Alldredge; brother, Jon (Colleen) Freeman; nieces, Amber (Tommy) Duke and Marly (Will) Burris; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
