Jacob David Quillin, 26, of Madison, AL, passed away on Monday, September 02, 2024.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth Quillin (Kim) and Beth (Tobin); daugther, Alannah; brother, Joshua Andrew; grandmother, Juanita Quillin; and a host of other family members.
A receiving of friends will be held on Friday, September 6th, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Berryhill Funeral Home.
