Mr. Jacob Chance Reeves, 29, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 in Decatur, Al.
He was born to Michael Reeves and Crystal Sanford on December 19, 1994 in Morgan County, AL.
Jacob loved working on cars, playing video games, basketball and absolutely loved listening to music.
He is survived by his parents; three children, Ethan Reeves, Jordan Reeves, and Adina Reeves; sister, Brooklyn Smith, brothers, Joshua Reeves and Tristan Couch. A celebration of his life will be held privately by family at a later date.
