Jacky Dale Cook, 58, Phil Campbell, passed away on Wednesday, August 01, 2012 at his residence.
The visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 03, 2012 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 04, 2012 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. Darrin Stewart. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
He is survived by his children, Kay Lynn Marbutt, Michael Crane; grandchildren, Nick Marbutt, Savannah Marbutt; brothers & sisters, Inez Yealock, Bobby (Hazel) Cook, Billy (Connie) Cook, Lloyd (Sue) Cook, Fayrene (Dent) Morgan; and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar & Nancy Cook; sisters, Louise Crane, Polly Cook, Jean Matthews, Winfoline Borden; and brother, Grady Cook.
The pallbearers will be Nick Marbutt, Savannah Marbutt, Cody McDougle, Ricky McDougle, Dalton Newell, Daniel Bradford, Brandon Mitchell, and Michael Crane.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Helen Keller Hospital and all the 4th floor nurses for their love and care shown to us.
