A private family service for Jackie Mullins, 60 of Walnut will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery. A public visitation will be Tuesday, February 9, 2021 from 5 pm-8 pm at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Born September 1, 1960 in Ripley, MS., Jackie passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Region One Medical Center in Memphis, TN. He was a retired logger and of the Baptist faith. Jackie is survived by his sons, Benji Mullins and wife Wendi of Corinth; Shaun Mullins and wife Mary Anne of Walnut and Rusty Mullins and wife Cassie of Ripley; grandchildren: Anna-Marie Mullins, Miller Mullins, Jakely Mullins, Riley Mullins and Jordan Mullins; 3 great-grandchildren, Elsie Faye, Chevy and Dallas; 2 nieces, Brandie Childs and Mandy Watkins; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Tommy Lee Mullins; mother, Bessie Faye Mullins and a brother, Rickey Mullins. Bro. Jimmy Wilbanks and Bro. Gary Porterfield will officiate the service. Robbie Mullins, Jason Wilbanks, Franky Jackson, Rodney Goodson, Dustin Jackson and Robbie McCarty will serve as pallbearers.
