Jackie M. Badgett, 81, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, at Huntsville Hospital.
Mrs. Badgett lived most of her life in Franklin County and was retired from Wal-Mart as a sales clerk. She was a member of Freedom Community Church.
The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens. Officiating will be Tom Wimberly. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from noon until 2:00 p.m.
Survivors include daughter, Linda Pruett and husband, Melvin, Russellville; sons, Charles Badgett and wife, Nancy, Madison, and Johnny Badgett and wife, Debbie, Russellville; sister, Shirley Gladney, Russellville; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents, Tommie and Flossie Hamilton; and husband, Howard Badgett.
Pinkard Funeral Home Russellville will be directing.
