Jackie Carl Dawson, age 74, of Cape Coral, FL, formerly of Lewisburg, died Monday, March 4, 2024.
He was born on December 30, 1949, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Irvin and Dorothy Bennett Dawson. He worked as a vehicle transportation driver for Roberts Car Dealership in Lewisburg. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and watching car racing and football.
He is survived by his daughter Brandy (Kenneth) Rourk of Cape Coral, FL; one granddaughter Reagan Rourk; sister Nancy (Wesley) Poteete of Belfast; ex-wife Jane Dawson of Cape Coral.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his niece Pamper White.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Richland Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 3452 Springplace Road, Lewisburg, TN 37091, on Saturday, March 9, 2024, starting at 11:00 am with the service to begin at 1:00 pm.
