Jackey Earl Hawkins, age 67 of Madison passed away on June 18, 2017.
Mr. Hawkins is survived by his wife Linda; son Jason Hawkins (Kacy); two grandsons Jackson and Harrison; brothers Donny Hawkins and Jimmy Hawkins.
Mr. Hawkins was retired from Landers McLarty and was a deacon at Skyline Baptist Church in Madison.
The family will receive friends on Tues., June 20, 2017, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Skyline Baptist Church with the memorial service at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Skyline Baptist Church for Faith Promise Mission Program.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the Morgan County Fire and Rescue.
