Funeral for Jack Hollis, 80, of Decatur will be Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM with Jason Wren officiating. Burial will be in Midway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Mr. Hollis, who died, December 25, 2021, at USA Healthcare , was born, May 30, 1941,
He was preceded in death by his daughter – Robin Freisen
