HILLSBORO – General Manager Jeaniece Slater said, “It’s the cutting edge of 21st Century technology for transforming plain-old river water into some of the cleanest and purest you’ll find anywhere.” The water plant, located in Northwest Alabama, is a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis facility serving Morgan and Lawrence Counties.
The facility held a grand opening ceremony Thursday to give area leaders a look at just how important this 21st Century technology is to the residents and businesses it serves.
Tours were given to the guests. The Quad Cities Daily went along on a tour with Plant Manager Dennie Robinson and his group of attendees. You may read our previous article on the facility by clicking HERE.
