Funeral service for Ivy Koditek, 102, will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Aaron Dawson and Bro. Kenneth Terry officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Koditek passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born September 17, 1922, in Lawrence County, to Ben Lentz and Gertrude McNutt Lentz.
She was a homemaker for her family, who she loved dearly, prior to her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband: Jerry Koditek, her parents, three brothers and four sisters.

Son – Mark Koditek (Angie)
Daughter – Marlene Koditek
Grandchildren- Kimberly Vickery (Robert), Allyson Watts (Tim), Scott Koditek, Marcus Koditek, and Benjamin Hatfield (Miski).
Great Grandchildren- Robert Fricks, Rose Vickery, William Hatfield and Stephanie Hatfield.
and her Niece – Norma Lentz
