Ms. Ivis Ann Morell, age 80 of Athens, AL passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Athens Health and Rehab. Ms. Morell was born on January 2, 1940 to James W. Black and Bera Elizabeth Moore Black.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dan Black; sister, Victoria Henderson.
Ms. Morell is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Dawn Green; son, Michael Dennis Morell; grandchildren, Anthony, Bama, Chris and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua, Katie, Mackenzie, Brinley and Blaze.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Services for Ms. Morell will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 9, 2020 in the chapel, with Mark Branon and Chuck Hood officiating. Burial will be in Myers Cemetery.
