Irene’s life was a tapestry of moments shared with her beloved family. She is survived by her daughters, Rita Michael and her husband Ken of Hampton Cove, AL, and Lisa Rossetti of Madison, AL. Irene’s legacy continues through her four adoring grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who will carry forward her spirit of generosity and love.
A passionate gardener, Irene found joy and serenity among the flowers and greenery of her well-tended yard. Her hands, always ready to nurture and grow, were a testament to the loving care she provided to both plants and people. A private graveside service will be held for Mrs. Clay on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Hampton Cove Cemetery.
