Ira Lee Stewart, Sr., 80 of Athens, passed away on Monday, December 2nd, 2024, at his residence. Mr. Stewart was born on September 7th, 1944, in Columbus, Georgia, to John L. Stewart and Pauline Thrash Stewart.
Mr. Stewart is survived by his daughters Deborah Singletary and Rebecca Barrett; and friend Tom Ott.
He is preceded in death by parents; son Ira Lee Stewart, Jr.; and his brothers and sisters.
