Iovine and Dre reported to have sold BEATS to Apple

LOS ANGELES – News is spreading fast on the Internet that Beats Electronics, owned by Dr. Dre and record producer Jimmy Iovine has been sold to Apple. According to several news sources, the deal is worth more than $3-Billion, that’s with a “B”.

“What does this news have to do with MUSCLE SHOALS,” one might ask. We are working our sources and hope to obtain a statement from Iovine.

Iovine and Dre are the force behind the renewal of the legendary recording studios, FAME and Muscle Shoals Sound Studio.
