Funeral service for Inez Hopper, 93, will be Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Linville and Rev. Randy Berry officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hopper died on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born January 20, 1922, in Colbert County to John Wesley Bracken and Katie Alberta (Grisham) Bracken. She was a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Parkway Medical Center, where she was a Dietary Worker. She enjoyed quilting. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a sister: Myrtle Thompson.
