Imogene Holmes Flack McKee age 86, of Joppa passed away Friday December 29, 2023, at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville. Imogene was born on August 31, 1937, in Morgan County, AL the daughter of Henry and Fairdelle McDonald Holmes. She was married to Carl Flack and later after his death she married Liland McKee who also preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a son: Anthony D. Flack; grandson: Daniel Bearden, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by daughters: Renee (Terry) Humphries and Debbie Bearden (Dwayne Darnell); sons: Ellis Flack and Gregory (Lori) Flack; adopted son: Chris (Allie) Flack; step daughter: Charlotte (Steve) Childers; grandchildren: Greg (Katie) Flack, Justin Flack, Ashleigh (Aaron) Hadden, Kelly Flack, Holly Flack, Zachary Flack, Jeffrey Flack, Cory Flack, Sydney (Kenan) Warren; 9 great grandchildren and a special great granddaughter who she helped care for until her health made her unable, Brianna Brooklyn “BB” Flack. Funeral Service will be Wednesday Jan. 3, 2024, at 2 PM at Ryan Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Tues. at Gober Funeral Chapel. She will lie in state Wednesday from 1-2 PM at the Church.
