Funeral service for Imogene Childers Estes, 87, will be Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Frankie Flack officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Salem Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Estes died on Friday, September 15, 2023 at her residence. She was born June 13, 1936, in Morgan County, to Virgil Childers and Pauline Wilbanks Childers.
She was a homemaker for her family who she loved dearly. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, a sister: Inez Jarrett, Son-in-law: Tom Russell, and a Great Grandson: Jake Russell.
