Imalee Brown Farris, age 75, of Lynn, Alabama, passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. Farris was born January 27, 1941 in Lynn, AL. She was a resident of Lynn majority of her life. She was a member of the Lynn Church of Christ. She was a precious woman who was generous with her love and compassion. She was a skillful painter and shared her paintings with family and friends.
She is survived by her two Daughters, Vicki Farris and Regina Easley(Fred); Loving Sisters, Irene Harris (Bobby), Jerri Woody and Shirley Mann(Bobby Joe); Brother-in-law, Leonard Farris; Sisters-in-law, Ruth Farris, Edith Farris and Lorene Farris; Nana to Emma and Caci Easley; also a host of Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving Husband, George Farris and beloved Son, Marty Farris; Parents Addis and Velma Brown and Nieces Michelle Woody Gornati and Karen Harris.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville from 6:00-9:00p.m. Funeral services will be Monday, June 20, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel, with John Larry West and Vance Hutton officiating. Burial will follow in Lynn Cemetery.
