Ila Mae Knight Hill, 86, of New Hope, passed away Sunday.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammie Hill; daughter, Shirley Chambers; parents and several siblings.
Surviving are children, Sanda (Charlie) Pence, Sanford Hill, and Sherman Hill; grandchildren, Anthony (Windy) Pence, Rachel (Woody) Maples, Rhonda (Adam) Kelly, Coty Hill, Kamie (Brad) Wichmann, Justin Smith, Hona (Trey) Broadway, Breauna (Jonathan) Baker and Cynthia; great grandchildren, Hunter, Blake, Hayden, Grant, Aubrey, Harper, Brandon, Abby, Oaken, Wrenley, Tessa, Kessa, Kaedon and Cooper; siblings, Imogene Ausmus, Inez Knight, Iola Gaddis, Ina Faye Knight and Ivan Knight; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Friday at 2:00 PM with Bro. Wayne Walls, Bro. Nicholas Nix and Bro. Edward Atchley officiating. Pallbearers will be Anthony Pence, Woody Maples, Hunter Maples, Grant Maples, Adam Kelly, and Hayden Kelly .
Interment will be in Whitaker Cemetery.
