We are now in what is known throughout the shelter world as “Kitten Season.” This usually lasts until August or September. We have an abundance of kittens who need loving homes. Families in our communities should check the shelter for kittens available for adoption. In addition, foster volunteers are needed! When we receive new kittens, sometimes they need a few extra weeks before they can be spayed or neutered and put into the adoption program.
