HUNTSVILLE-On Monday, August 17 the Madison County Sheriff’s Department issued a statement regarding the arrest of one suspect on Drug Trafficking charges with more arrests likely to follow:
“Drug agents with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office discovered a large amount of illegal drugs during a narcotics investigation.
A search warrant was executed on McClain Lane in Huntsville which resulted in a trafficking amount of marijuana, a trafficking amount of fentanyl powder, several hundred Xanax pills, and over $40k cash being seized.
Terry Wayne Ball Jr was arrested on multiple drug related charges and booked into the Madison County Jail. More arrests and charges are likely to follow.”
