Huford Johnston, age 79, of Farmers Branch, TX passed away Monday, September 29, 2014 at Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from American Airlines, and a member of Brookhaven Country Club. Mr. Johnston served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Lee and Alma Howard Johnston; one brother, Willie Bruce; and one sister, JoAnn Gooch.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, October 02, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, October 03, 2014, with Kenneth Howard officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors. Family suggests memorials be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Johnston.
