Howard Wayne South, 84, of Huntsville, passed away on Friday. Mr. South was a member of the Mastin Lake Road Church of Christ since 1965 and he was retired from the U.S. Army Missile Command. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joyce C. South; two sons, Mark Wayne South (Paula) and Paul Howard South; and three grandchildren: Lindsey Ida South, John Joseph South, and Anna Vieira South.
Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Mastin Lake Road Church of Christ followed by a 12:30 service with Scotty Sparks and Richard Harp officiating. Burial will be at Tri-City Memorial Gardens in Florence. Donations may be made to Agape. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
