Howard Wayne Payne, 75, of Arab, passed away Wednesday.
He was preceded in death by wife, Charlotte Ann Payne; father, Clyde Payne; mother, Vera Lucille Cloud; brother, James Payne; granddaughter, Charlotte Payne; 3 great-grandkids, Jordan, Shyla, and Nevaeh.
Surviving are daughters, Billie (John Whitehead) Payne, and Cynthia (Bobby Harless) Payne; grandson, Joshua Payne; granddaughters, Kayla Skipworth, Cynthia Skipworth, Megan Payne, and Crystal Payne; grandson, Anthony Payne; granddaughter, Kimberly Stewart; several great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Anderton; nieces, Deborah and Amy Payne, and Laura; nephew, John.
Visitation will be Monday 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held at Gibson Cemetery, Monday at 3:00 PM.
Interment will be in the Gibson Cemetery.
