Howard Thomas Farley, age 82, of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, November 03, 2021 at his residence.
He was born on August 16, 1939 in West Virginia to Raymond Thomas & Beulah (Warf) Farley. Mr. Farley loved living at the Willow Bend Apartments in Russellville and enjoyed the many friendships he made there.
A memorial service is not planned at this time.
