Howard Russell Phillips, 57, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2013. Public viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Antioch Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, Russellville, with burial in Luketown Cemetery, Russellville. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services.
