Howard Russell Houston, 79, of Ripley passed away Friday, November 18, 2022 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Visitation will be held from 5 until 8 PM Sunday evening at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley. Funeral services will be 2 PM Monday at Garner Funeral Home with interment to follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Houston, a retired tool and die maker and businessman, was a member of New Mitchell Grove Baptist Church.
The husband of Nancy Houston, he is survived by a daughter Beth Houston of Bartlett, a son Dan Houston of Ripley, a sister Charleane Berry of Memphis, 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
