Howard Milford “Rich” Richards, 83, formerly of Muscle Shoals, died Thursday, May 23, 2013. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
