Howard Bennett “Bully” Farrar, age 78, died on Saturday, December 28, 2019.
He was born on August 7, 1941 in Lynnville, TN to the late Beula May Hall and J.C. Farrar. He retired as a maintenance man for Heil Quaker and he also enjoyed farming. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean Farrar and his half-sister, Annie Ruth Blackburn.
He is survived by his wife, Martha “Mot” McCormick Farrar of Lynnville, TN, his son, Johnny Farrar and wife Robin of Lynnville, TN, his daughter, Penny Warren and husband Jeff of Odd Fellows Hall Community, TN, his step-daughter, Traci Lovell of Cookeville, TN, his brother, Leonard Farrar and wife Juanita of Brick Church Community, TN, his 5 grandchildren, his 2 step-grandchildren, and his 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2019 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with the burial to follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
