HODGES-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one perso near Hodges, Alabama:
A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:25 p.m. Monday, August 5, has claimed the life of a Hodges man.
Daniel D. Hicks, 63, was fatally injured when the 2000 Toyota Tacoma he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Hicks was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Alabama 187 near Marion County 184, approximately three miles south of Hodges, in Marion County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
