Hodges Man Dies In one Car Crash Near Hamilton

HAMILTON-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a traffic death near Hamilton on Friday, April 14:

“A single-vehicle crash at 12:05 a.m. Friday, April 14, has claimed the life of a Hodges man.

Jeremy Christopher Tolbert, 30, was seriously injured when the 2005 Volkswagen Jetta he was driving left the roadway and struck a guardrail.

Tolbert was transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, where he died at 12:45 a.m. The crash occurred on Interstate 22 at the six mile marker, five miles west of Hamilton.

Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
