Funeral service for Mr. Herschell Mitchell, 70, of Decatur, who passed away on September 17, 2013, will be today, at noon at Hill’s Chapel C.P. Church. Burial will be in Sterrs Cemetery with Sharpley Funeral Home directing. The body will be in the church one hour before service.
