Mr. Herman Kritner, Sr., age 85, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at MMCN.
Mr. Kritner was born on August 19, 1935 in Cullman County, Alabama to the late George Kritner and Sophie Turner Kritner. Mr. Kritner worked as a truck driver in the construction industry for many years. He enjoyed fishing, watching tv, gardening, Nascar racing, and Auburn Football.
Mr. Kritner leaves behind; sons, Herman Kritner, Jr., Jerry Glenn Kritner, daughter, Brenda Jean Edwards (Mark); Garry Lynn Kritner; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and three brothers.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kritner is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
A visitation will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
Funeral service will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Friday, April 30, 2021 starting at 1:00 p.m.
Pallbearers escorting Mr. Kritner are: Justin Kritner, Brandon Fleming, Tim Wright, Herman Kritner, Jr., Jerry Kritner, and Mark Edwards.
Interment will follow service immediately at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in the Berlin Community, Cullman.
