Memorial service for Herbert Lee Skinner, 55, Decatur will be Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steven Reeves and Pastor Michael Sikes officiating.
Mr. Skinner who died Thursday Sept. 9, 2016 was born on Sept. 5, 1961, in Texas to Therman Skinner and Mary Francis Corley McDaniel . He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife; Kim I. Skinner, two daughters; Misty Daily (David), and Tabetha Walker (Joey), four grandchildren; Lake Woods, Gabby Walker, Lexi Daily, and Logan Walker, three brothers; Hugh Skinner, Clifford “Beaver” Skinner, and Joel Skinner (Patrice), two sisters; Danie Reeves (Steven), and Franzella Brown (Greg).
