Herbert C. Manning, age 85 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016.
The family will visit with friends on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Funeral services will be conducted in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Frank Manning officiating.
