Henry T. Pittman, 93 of Empire, passed away Oct. 2, 24 at his residence.
He was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church in Empire. He was a retired coal miner from Drummond Company-Chetopah Mines. He was a member of the UMWA.
Graveside service and burial will be Friday Oct. 4, 24 at 11:00 am at New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Everyone will meet at the gravesite. Rev. Phillp Starnes will officiate.
Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Lula Mae Pittman; son, Felix Pittman and wife Deborah; daughter, Renee Richards and husband Gary; grandchildren, Adam Richards and wife Jamie and Eric Richards and wife Jamie; great grandchildren, Garrett, Lauren and Logan; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
