Funeral service for Henry Eddie Holt, 80, will be Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Phillip Hines officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Herring Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Holt died on Monday, August 26, 2024 at Baptist Medical Center-Princeton. He was born August 2, 1944, in Morgan County to Luther Otto Holt and Katie Robinson Holt.
He was employed by 3M, for 35 years, as a Maintenance Mechanic, prior to his retirement. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was married to the love of his life, Shelia Lawrence Holt, for 61 years.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Katie and Luther, bothers: Billy, Wiley, Dauris and Luther Wayne Holt, and a sister: Nancy Stringer.
