Henry Cutah Robinson, 84, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo after an extended illness. He was born January 2, 1931 to the late Ed Robinson and the late Vonnie Dulaney Robinson in Itawamba County. He was a member of Fulton Church of Christ for over 60 years. Cutah was devoted to his family and enjoyed many family gatherings at his home. He was an inspiration to all, through his love and care for everyone. Through out his illness he never complained, but was always an encourage and an example to all. His hobbies included gardening and M.S.U. Bulldogs. Cutah graduated from IAHS, ICC, and M.S.U. where he received his Bachelor degree in Science in 1954, graduating . He also received a Master and Specialist degree in Guidance and Counseling and was a Master in the National Science Foundation. Cutah was offered a Doctoral Scholarship in Science, but declined it due to his parents health and moved back home to care for them.
Cutah worked for the Extension Service in Hollysprings, Tupelo, and at M.S.U. While at M.S.U. he worked as State Educational Economic Development Coordinator. Through out his education career, he taught at Hatley, Tremont, and Fairview, teaching Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and served as Guidance Counselor and Assistant Principal. He was the Star and Favorite teacher numerous times during his career.
Survivors include his wife and the love of his life for 63 years, Mayola Robinson of Fulton, Daughter, Teressa (Johnny) Guntharp of Fulton, Brother, Royce (Edna) Robinson of Fulton, Sister, Ruthel (Jessie) Comer of Belmont, Nieces & Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be Marty Gray, Mitch Gray, Jeff Comer M.D, .Danny Comer, Jackie Robinson, Lee Robinson.
