williamHenry Arthur “Hank” Williams, 72, of Decatur, left this life February 24, 2015, to meet his Lord and Savior. He was born March 26, 1942, to Milo and May Williams, of Michigan.
Mr. Williams was a member of World Harvest Outreach of Hartselle, where he served in many capacities, and served his church as well.
He was in the insurance business for many years and his last employment was with Anderson Office Interiors in Decatur.
Mr. Williams loved and enjoyed life and enjoyed meeting and talking to all he came in contact with.
A Celebration of Life will be at World Harvest Outreach Church in Hartselle on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Charlie Cain officiating.Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Robin Walworth.
Survivors include a son, Marc Williams (Linda); two grandsons, Shane Williams and Noah Williams, of St. Claire Shores, MI.; a brother, Dale Williams (Mary), of Chelsea, MI.; several nieces and one nephew; his son-in-law, Jim Walworth; his adopted mom, Vera Miller, of Decatur, and special friend, Nita Terry, of Decatur.
Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Carpenter, J.T. Nichols, David Theyer, Rick Anderson, and Cameron Reeder.
Roselawn Funeral Home has assisted the family with arrangements.
