Helen S. Peck, 92, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Thursday at Antioch Church of Christ. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She was the wife of the late Albert Peck. Elkins East Chapel is directing
