Funeral services for Helen Ruth White, 85, of Corinth are set for Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 12pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – South on Hwy 45 South with interment in Magnolia Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 11am until time of service at Magnolia Funeral Home – SOUTH on Hwy 45 South. Born June 25, 1938 in Booneville, MS., Mrs. White passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at MS Care Center in Corinth. She was of the Christian faith and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Mission Church . She loved her family and friends and enjoyed working in her flower garden, cooking and doing crafts. Those left to cherish Helen’s memories include her husband of 66 years, Curtis White; sons, David White and Scotty White; daughter, Norma Rushing; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her son Greg White; father, Tom Johnson; mother, Mattie Dale Langston Johnson; brothers, Curtis Johnson, David Johnson and Amos Johnson; and her sisters, Esther Hatfield, Sue Moody, Mary Woods, Willa Dean Lytal and Jewell Smith.
