Funeral services for Helen Marie Shannon, 67, of Cullman, will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Steven Speegle officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Shannon passed away Monday, Sept. 23rd at St. Vincent’s Hospital. She was born February 1, 1946 to parents Bruce and Della Ray Carr Dye.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Martha Russell and Marjorie Ann Tucker; and two brothers, Albert Wayne Dye and David Randall Dye.
Survivors include her husband, Jerald Shannon; a son, Dewayne Shannon; a daughter, Leslie Michelle Shannon; three brothers, John (Barbara) Dye, Fredrick (Brenda) Dye, and William (Sharon) Dye; four sisters, Sue Satterfield, Lisa (Terry) Davis, Brina (Richard) Stinson, and Rita Breedlove; one grandson, Steven Speegle; and a host of family and friends.
Visitaion will be Saturday from 11-1 at the funeral home.
